Chandelier Belly Bar is a simple belly bar that won’t catch and is perfect for your belly button jewellery. We love the ornateness of this gorgeous piece of body jewellery. Our customers love the jewels dangle from the belly button and look so sweet. Perfect for summertime when you want to show off your piercing. The attachment chandelier is made of sterling silver 92.5 so it will last.
10 mm is the length we begin an initial piercing with. It fits most people.
Ball at the top end of the bar will unscrew and can be replaced with any other body jewellery ball with a 14 gauge thread.
What is surgical steel?
Both the Chandelier Belly Bar and the ball are made from surgical steel 316L. This means they are implant-grade surgical stainless steel – it is probably the most common and most widely used metal for body piercings. Surgical Stainless Steels (316L) are used for bone fixation screws, body pins, bone plates, staples and many other applications. We do not play or gamble with your health.
If you’re wearing SS 316L jewellery and are having problems with irritation or a new piercing that just won’t heal, it is possible that you have a intolerance to surgical steel and might want to try titanium.
Navel Piercing Care
Wash your piercing daily. Use a Q-Tip dipped in warm water to wipe and remove any built up crust from around the piercing site. Do this very gently, avoiding moving the jewellery around too much. Then, wash your piercing with antibacterial soap in the shower.
Sterling Silver meaning
This Chandelier Belly Bar is made from sterling silver and features a 92.5 stamp. This means it is 92.5% fine silver with no more than 7.5% of copper or other metals. This formula is internationally accepted and it gives sterling silver the hardness and the tolerance to work with. Anything higher than 92.5 per cent of silver would be too soft and tarnish too quickly. When you buy sterling silver from us, we can guarantee it is just that!
If you see the words silver plated, that means it only has a coating of sterling silver over another alloy. This will fade over time and is not able to be polished. Our sterling silver products are not plated but sterling silver all the way through. Nothing but the good stuff, for you!!
