Description

Crystal Belly Bar dangle hearts is simply gorgeous with its sparkly crystal hearts. It is 14 gauge and 10 mm in length, which is the standard size for belly piercings. This dangle Belly Bar jewellery is a wee bit more expensive as it also contains sterling silver encasing the hearts.

Balls at the top end of the bar unscrews and can be replaced with any other body jewellery ball with a 14 gauge thread.

What is surgical steel?

Both the basic jewelled belly bar and the ball on this Crystal Belly Bar dangle hearts is made from surgical steel 316L. This means they are implant-grade surgical stainless steel – it is probably the most common and most widely used metal for body piercings. Surgical Stainless Steels (316L) are used for bone fixation screws, body pins, bone plates, staples, amongst many other applications. We do not play or gamble with your health.

Sterling Silver meaning

This product is made from sterling silver and features a 92.5 stamp. This means it is 92.5% fine silver with no more than 7.5% of copper or other metals. This formula is internationally accepted and it gives sterling silver the hardness and the tolerance to work with. Anything higher than 92.5 per cent of silver  would be too soft and tarnish too quickly. When you buy sterling silver from us, we can guarantee it is just that!

If you see the words silver plated, that means it only has a coating of sterling silver over another alloy. This will fade over time and is not able to be polished. Our sterling silver products are not plated but sterling silver all the way through. Nothing but the good stuff, for you!!

Navel Piercing Care

Wash your piercing daily. Use a Q-Tip dipped in warm water to wipe and remove any built up crust from around the piercing site. Do this very gently, avoiding moving the jewellery around too much. Then, wash your piercing with antibacterial soap in the shower.
