Crystal belly bar is a simple design and ever so gorgeous. It can be purchased in the larger 8 mm crystal or the smaller more dainty 6 mm size.  Jewel belly button piercing is always14 gauge and 10 mm or 8 mm in length . Ball at the top end of the bar unscrews and can be replaced with any other body jewellery ball with a 14 gauge thread. Our customers love this simple Crystal Belly Bar. What is surgical steel?

Both parts of the crystal belly bar including the ball are made from surgical steel 316L. This means they are implant-grade surgical stainless steel – it is probably the most common and most widely used metal for body piercings. Surgical Stainless Steels (316L) are used for bone fixation screws, body pins, bone plates, staples, amongst many other applications. We do not play or gamble with your health.

If you’re wearing SS 316L  jewellery and are having problems with irritation or a new piercing that just won’t heal, it is possible that you have a intolerance to surgical steel and might want to try titanium.

Navel Piercing Care

Wash your piercing daily. Use a Q-Tip dipped in warm water to wipe and remove any built up crust from around the piercing site. Do this very gently, avoiding moving the jewellery around too much. Then, wash your piercing with antibacterial soap in the shower.
