Dice Plastic Tongue Bars are classic barbell piercing jewellery for tongues or nipples but they have UV acrylic dice cubes on one end. The bar section is still surgical steel. The great thing about acrylic balls is mostly that it is a safer option for protecting your teeth. It is so much better for the teeth than  than surgical steel. A plastic dice is more likely to break before your tooth does, if you should happen to crutch down on it – which we don’t of course recommend that you do! Way cheaper to get another ball, than a dentist bill.

Dice Plastic Tongue Bars are also perfect for tongue or nipple piercings. If it is for a nipple, pop in the notes that you want matching dice instead of the steel ball.

Barbell style piercing jewellery is composed of a straight bar and with a bead on each end. One or both beads is unscrew-able. Perfect  for removal and changing of the balls. With this barbell, both balls unscrew for easy changing and removal.

What is Surgical steel SS316L?

This means they are implant-grade surgical stainless steel – it is probably the most common and most widely used metal for body piercings. Surgical Steels (316L) are used for bone fixation screws, body pins, bone plates, staples, amongst many other applications. We do not play or gamble with your health.

If you’re wearing surgical steel SS316L   jewellery and are having problems with irritation or a new piercing that just won’t heal, it is possible that you have a intolerance of surgical steel and might want to try titanium. Please note that this is generally quite rare to be allergic to this metal.

The UV ball on the end of the jewellery is not suitable for autoclave (the ball is acrylic).
