Hand knitted Peak Beanie is hand made in Nepal from New Zealand 100% pure wool. This hand knitted peak beanie has the look of a cap and the feel of a beanie! This hat is made of pure wool to ensure maximum heat for your head! The wool peak hat comes in a big range of different colours. You will be so warm in your Peak Beanie which is available in lined or unlined. The lined ones are slightly more expensive but warmer and more comfortable against the skin. But the unlined are a great price. You would find it hard to buy the wool and knit it for this amazing price!! Guys can wear this hat too so it is unisex. They especially like the black colours.

It can be great to have a peak even in the winter. In New Zealand we can get chilly but very bright sunny days. I love those crisp blue clear days. You can see for miles!

Wool

Wool is a wonderful product to wear as it breathes and stays warm even if it becomes damp. It is great for the outdoors.  Our woollen products are imported from Nepal and hand knitted by Nepalese woman. In buying this product you are supporting the Nepalese in this cottage industry and at this price you actually would be hard pushed to knit it for the same cost, in terms of wool expense and labour.  It is wonderful to think the wool has gone as a raw product to Nepal, been hand knitted by people way less fortunate than New Zealanders and sent back as a finished product. I feel good about this product and love that it helps those with less than us!

Tips for washing

It is easy to wash. Just pop your Hand knitted Peak Beanie in the washing machine and use a wool detergent and the wool cycle. Lie flat to dry and hey presto done.
