Jewelled belly Bar is the standard use for navel piercings. We sell a large range of colours, as well as  sizes of this jewelled belly bar. We stock lengths from 8 mm long to 10 mm long. Just search for short jewelled belly bar for the 8mm length. Simply choose your length to fit your piercing perfectly! See our shorter belly bars in the linked picture below “you may also like.” If you have a shallow piercing or your piercing is well healed and there is space when you wear a 10 mm bar, then choose an 8 mm or 6 mm size.

The average length if you are unsure, is 10 mm. This is the standard length for an initial piercing and fits most people.

Ball at the top end of the bar will unscrew and can be replaced with any other body jewellery ball with a 14 gauge thread.

What is surgical steel?

Both the basic jewelled belly bar and the ball are made from surgical steel. {316L} This means they are implant-grade surgical stainless steel – it is probably the most common and most widely used metal for body piercings. Surgical Stainless Steels (316L) are used for bone fixation screws, body pins, bone plates, staples, amongst many other applications. We do not play or gamble with your health.

If you’re wearing SS 316L  jewellery and are having problems with irritation or a new piercing that just won’t heal, it is possible that you have a intolerance to surgical steel and might want to try titanium.

Navel Piercing Care

Wash your piercing daily. Use a Q-Tip dipped in warm water to wipe and remove any built up crust from around the piercing site. Do this very gently, avoiding moving the jewellery around too much. Then, wash your piercing with antibacterial soap in the shower.
