Jewelled Eyebrow Jewellery is a micro 16 gauge bent banana bar. It features a gorgeous, sparkling, amethyst coloured jewel at the end. If you turn the jewellery to the back side, it is actually a star shape. This is the standard size used for eyebrow piercings. We sell this in a size length of 8 mm long. Fits a healed  piercing perfectly! As a general rule the 10 mm size is most often used for the initial piercing. Then the shorter bars in  8 mm are used once the swelling has gone down.

The ball at the top end of the bar unscrews and can be replaced with any other body jewellery ball with a 16 gauge thread.

Surgical Steel meaning

Both the Jewelled Eyebrow Jewellery and the ball is made from surgical steel 316L. This means that they are implant grade, surgical stainless steel – it is probably the most common and most widely used metal for body piercings. Surgical Stainless Steels (316L) are used for bone fixation screws, body pins, bone plates, staples, amongst many other applications. We do not play or gamble with your health.

If you’re wearing SS 316L  jewellery and are having problems with irritation or a new piercing that just won’t heal, it is possible that you have a intolerance of surgical steel and might want to try titanium.
