Micro Labret Lip Bar has the tiniest, wee, 2mm ball. It is perfect if you need your piercing to be discreet. You can easily add a jewelled ball to this labret lip bar or keep it with the plain micro ball it comes with. It is always good to have an extra ball in case you lose one. Ball at the ends of the lip bar will unscrew and can be replaced with any other 16 gauge body jewellery ball with a matching gauge thread.

Both the bar and the ball are made from surgical steel SS 316L. This mean they are implant-grade surgical stainless steel – it is probably the most common and most widely used metal for body piercings. Surgical Stainless Steels (SS316L) are used for bone fixation screws, body pins, bone plates, staples, amongst many other applications. We do not play or gamble with your health.

If you’re wearing surgical steel  SS 316L  jewellery and are having problems with irritation or a new piercing that just won’t heal, it is possible that you have a intolerance of surgical steel and might want to try titanium. Although this problem is very rare.
