Spiked eyebrow bar is perfect for a rebel cool look. The gauge of this eyebrow piercing jewellery is the standard use for eyebrow piercings but can be put in other 16 gauge piercings. We sell straight and bent spiked eyebrow bars in a range of sizes. This makes it easy to fit your piercing perfectly! There is no difference in bent or straight bars when worn. It is just personal preference. Some people prefer bent and some prefer the straight.

16 gauged jewellery has the smaller hole and if you have stretched the ear piercing a wee bit,  this jewellery can also be used here. 14 gauge is more commonly used in nipple and belly button piercings.

Spikes at both ends of the bar unscrew and can be replaced with any other body jewellery ball with a 16 gauge thread. Spikes will also fit onto any other 16 gauge bar.

Surgical steel meaning

The spiked eyebrow bar is made from surgical steel 316L. The spikes are made of acrylic. This means they are implant-grade surgical steel – it is probably the most common and most widely used metal for body piercings. Surgical Steels(316L) is used for bone fixation screws, body pins, bone plates, staples, among many other applications. We do not play or gamble with your health.

If you’re wearing SS 316L  jewellery and are having problems with irritation or a new piercing that just won’t heal, it is possible that you have a intolerance of surgical steel and might want to try titanium or zircon steel.
