Wool Wolf  hat is made from our very own New Zealand wool. This gorgeous hat is of a very friendly wolf with big blue eyes and  white fluffy cheeks. It is fleece lined so it won’t be prickly and is extra warm. The style of this wool wolf hat is ear flap, so you can tie it under your chin and it won’t come off in the wind! Great for the outdoors or just a bit of fun. Comes in an adult’s and a child’s size, one for everyone!! The child’s size is great for under fives or toddlers.

Wool is a wonderful product to wear as it breathes and stays warm even if it becomes damp. Great for the  outdoors.  Our animal hats are imported from Nepal and hand knitted by Nepalese woman. In buying this product you are supporting the Nepalese in this cottage industry and at this price you actually would be hard pushed to knit it for the same cost in terms of wool expense and labour. It is wonderful to think the wool has gone as a raw product to Nepal , been hand knitted by people way less fortunate than New Zealanders and sent back as a finished product. I feel good about this product and love that it helps those with less than us!!

Tips for washing your animal hat

It is easy to wash. Just pop it in the washing machine and use a wool detergent and the wool cycle and hey presto done. NEVER wash in hot water as it will shrink.
