Woollen Pixie Hat Jacket with a Aztec hand-knitted design is hand knitted in Nepal. The wool comes all the way from New Zealand and yes we ship it back to New Zealand again. Unlike our other jackets, this jacket is curved inwards at the waist. This tapered waistline gives a more feminine shape for the ladies. It also has a long pixie-like pom-pom hat! Our customers love it because it is a bit different and oh so cute.  It is fleece lined so you will be so toasty warm. Great for the outdoors and if you wear it indoors you won’t need a heater!!

In buying this product you are supporting the Nepalese in this cottage industry and at this price you actually would be hard pushed to knit it for the same cost in terms of wool expense and labour, It is wonderful to think the wool has gone as a raw product to Nepal, been hand knitted by people way less fortunate than New Zealanders and sent back as a finished product. I feel good about this product and love that it helps those with less than us!!

Tips for washing your Woollen Pixie Hat Jacket.

It is easy to wash. Just pop it in the washing machine and use a wool detergent and the wool cycle. Lie flat to dry and hey presto done.
