Yin Yang Beanie Hat features a hand-knitted Yin Yang pattern around the base of the wool beanie. This Beanie comes with two options – lined or unlined. The lined version has a soft  fleece lining for your comfort and to keep your head extra warm and toasty. The unlined version is a wee bit cheaper. Yin Yang Beanie Hat is great for the outdoors, great for surfers, watching sports, fishing, hunting…the guys love this hat and the girls sometimes get it too. Wool products are so much warmer than acrylic products. This is a far superior product than cheaper acrylics. It is far more comfortable to wear, because it breathes as it is a natural fiber.

Wool

Wool is a wonderful product to wear as it breathes and stays warm even if it becomes damp. It is great for the outdoors.  Our woollen products are imported from Nepal and hand knitted by Nepalese woman. In buying this product you are supporting the Nepalese in this cottage industry and at this price you actually would be hard pushed to knit it for the same cost, in terms of wool expense and labour.  It is wonderful to think the wool has gone as a raw product to Nepal, been hand knitted by people way less fortunate than New Zealanders and sent back as a finished product. I feel good about this product and love that it helps those with less than us!!

Tips for washing

It is easy to wash. Just pop your yin yang beanie hat in the washing machine and use a wool detergent and the wool cycle. Lie flat to dry and hey presto done.
