Availability and Supply.

We will endeavor to maintain our website daily. All orders are subject to availability of product. If  for any reason a product is unavailable, we will offer a substitute and if this is not seen to be a suitable substitute by you, we can offer either a credit or a full refund. Refunds will only be into the account originally given

Pricing

Our website prices are are in New Zealand dollars and GST inclusive

For wholesale customers with accounts with us and separate logins, your prices are GST exclusive and the GST is added when invoiced

All invoices will be couriered with the goods ordered, to the address you supply us when you place the order. Please ensure your contact address and contact details are  correct

Payment Options

There are three options

  • We accept payments through  PayPal,  via your credit card or with your Paypal account -this ensures  high  levels of payment security.
  • Or you can direct credit into our account

Returns

Should you receive the goods {and they are not body jewellery or earrings} and they are not exactly what you wanted you may return the goods in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the goods and we can provide an exchange or another size or a credit. Unfortunately we can not exchange or refund on body jewellery or earrings including sleepers and studs due to hygienic reasons. So please choose such items carefully.

Colour variations can occur with photography and use of different monitors and screens. These variations are generally minimal but if the item is not the colour you expected and you don’t like it and  would like to exchange it, you may return the goods for an exchange. Re sending an additional item may require a further freight charge, especially if the item was of a low value or it is rural delivery.

If  the goods shipped to you are faulty we will gladly meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. In every case this will be repair or replace, or if not possible we will refund. Proof of purchase {invoice} must be supplied before  a warranty can be done. If a refund is required this will exclude shipping.

We do not warranty for wear  and tear, misuse of the product, or  deliberate/accidental damage. Tongue bar balls in plastic are not guaranteed.   Nose studs with glued in swarovski are  not guaranteed to keep their gem.

Liability Limitation

We will always endeavor to have complete and accurate information on our website but we assume no responsibility for errors or lack of accuracy or lack of completeness. At this point in time I can almost guarantee the website will have some errors on it! Hopefully only tiny ones!

Our maximum liability to you{if any} shall be limited to the value of any products or services supplied by us or our employees. We will not be liable to you for loss or damage of any kind however that loss or damage is caused or arises.
