Retro Tongue Barbell has a gorgeously unique pattern and sunshine or autumn colours. Perfect for your tongue  piercing. The fixed, flat disc has a smooth surface so it will not rub inside against your mouth. Only the bottom ball undoes. The upper disc is less bulky on the tongue because it is flatter than a ball.  It is super retro with groovy orange and yellow tones. The surface looks like it is rough but is in fact very smooth. The bar is made of surgical steel, so it is perfect for tongue body piercings. Having a fixed upper disc means there is less chance of a ball undoing and being swallowed.

It would be difficult to get this product again as it is unique. We only have two left of this unusual item. Retro images are trending at the moment so we think this tongue barbell is a real find.

Surgical steel

Retro Tongue Barbell is made from surgical steel "SS316L." This means they are implant-grade surgical stainless steel – it is probably the most common and most widely used metal for body piercings. Surgical Steels (316L) are used for bone fixation screws, body pins, bone plates, staples, amongst many other applications. We do not play or gamble with your health.

If you’re wearing surgical steel "SS316L."   jewellery and are having problems with irritation or a new piercing that just won’t heal, it is possible that you have a intolerance of surgical steel and might want to try titanium. Please note that this is generally quite rare to be allergic to this metal.
