General Returns & Exchanges

If you receive an item (excluding body jewellery and earrings) and it’s not what you expected, you can return it in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt for an exchange, a different size, or a credit.

Please choose body jewellery, earrings, sleepers, and studs carefully. For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund these items.

Product Variations

Please be aware that slight colour variations can occur due to photography and different monitor or screen settings. These variations are usually minimal, but if the item’s colour is not what you expected and you want to exchange it, you may return the goods for an exchange. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for the new item, especially for low-value items or rural deliveries.

Faulty Goods

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. We will first offer to repair or replace the item. If this is not possible, we will provide a refund.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice) must be supplied before we can process a warranty claim.
  • If a refund is issued, it will exclude the original shipping cost.

Product Warranty

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear.
  • Misuse of the product.
  • Deliberate or accidental damage.

We also cannot guarantee the following:

  • Plastic balls on tongue bars.
  • Gems on nose studs that are glued in place.
